(1) Project Overview
The Hong Kong Kai Tak New Emergency Hospital Project is located on Chengfeng Road in the Kai Tak Development Area of Hong Kong. The project is divided into SITE A and SITE B, comprising five separate buildings with a total floor area of approximately 620,000 square meters. It will be the first hospital in Hong Kong to feature a specialized neuroscience center. During the construction process, BIM technology was fully utilized to assist in design, including CSD coordination design (for mechanical rooms), mechanical room equipment maintenance analysis, and AR on-site acceptance, among other digital construction technologies. These innovations aim to enhance the quality of hospital construction, improve project engineering management standards, and promote the application of cutting-edge technologies.
