(1) Project Overview

The Haichuang Industrial Park Smart Energy Management System is based on a self-developed integrated energy management platform that enables intelligent control of the entire process of energy production, storage, and consumption. By leveraging AI-powered predictive models to forecast solar power generation, user charging behavior, and building energy consumption patterns, the system employs DRL (Deep Reinforcement Learning) algorithms to optimize energy scheduling within the park. This enables the full utilization of solar and other clean energy sources to reduce carbon emissions, intelligent control of energy storage cabinets to achieve cost savings, and optimization of building central air conditioning operations to enhance energy efficiency. These capabilities support enterprises in achieving efficient energy conservation and low-carbon transformation, thereby setting a new direction for smart energy management.
