(1) Project Overview

The K.W. Ho Hospital Reconstruction Project is located in Wong Chuk Hang, southern Hong Kong Island. The project plans to establish two research centers, which will utilize cutting-edge technology for cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment, thereby facilitating translational research. In the future, the project aims to develop into a one-stop center for teaching, research, and clinical treatment. The total floor area of the project is approximately 149,000 square meters, and the construction process will fully adopt BIM technology for design assistance. The project has addressed design challenges through detailed design of the mechanical room CSD and public area ISD, thereby enhancing the efficiency of project implementation.
