(1) Project Overview
The Central New Waterfront Site 3A is located in the waterfront area of Central, Hong Kong, with a total gross floor area of approximately 149,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will serve as an important link between the core area of Central and the waterfront, and will be developed into a world-class landmark. During the project's construction, BIM technology was integrated with mechanical and electrical design, enabling CSD coordination design, optimization of mechanical and electrical layout, and the use of 3D printing technology. These measures addressed coordination conflicts across multiple disciplines, enhanced the utilization of building space, and significantly improved project quality.
